What we collect
This is a marketing website. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no client dashboard and no file uploads, so the only information we ever receive is what you choose to send us.
If you use the contact form, we receive the full name and work email you enter, the company name, budget range and service you select if you fill those in, and whatever you write in the project details field. The form is delivered by Web3Forms and arrives in our info@zinhype.com inbox as email.
The site sets no cookies. The single value it stores is your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser's localStorage under the key zinhype-theme. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
We run no third-party analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels and no social embeds. The fonts used here are served from our own domain, so no request is made to Google or any other font provider.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it beyond the processors named below.
How we use it
We use your message to read your inquiry, reply to it, and scope the work if you ask us to. That is the only reason we ask for it.
If a project goes ahead, the same details are used to run the engagement, invoice it, and keep the records our accountants are required to hold.
Your email address is used to answer you and to correspond about a project. We do not add you to a mailing list, and this site sends no marketing email.
Storage & retention
Contact submissions exist as email in the info@zinhype.com inbox. There is no database on this site holding them, and no copy is stored anywhere else.
We keep an inquiry while it is live, and keep project correspondence for as long as we need it for ordinary business records. When we no longer need it, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time, and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@zinhype.com and we will take care of it. You do not need to give a reason.
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. The version published here is always the one that applies.
Third parties
Two processors are involved in handling a form submission. Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com) carries it from your browser and emails it to us. Our hosting provider serves this site as static files and keeps ordinary server request logs, such as the IP address and browser a request came from.
Those processors handle data on our instructions and for no other purpose. Nobody else receives your details.
