Terms of Service

The service

ZinHype provides digital services: lead generation, website development, e-learning development and instructional design, product and UI design, digital marketing, automation, and custom software.

Our coursework support is a separate service with rules of its own. Those rules are set out in the Academic Integrity Policy, which you should read before you book a session. It is linked in the footer of every page.

Every engagement is governed by a written scope document agreed before work starts. That document defines the deliverables, the timeline and the price for your project. This page does not.

Payments & ownership

Invoices follow the schedule in your scope document.

Once an engagement has been paid in full, you own the deliverables. For custom builds, that includes the source code and the intellectual property, delivered in your repositories and your accounts.

We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio. If your project is under an NDA, tell us and we will leave it out.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to distribute unlawful content, to infringe someone else's intellectual property, or to send bulk email that breaks anti-spam law.

We may decline an engagement, or end one already underway, if completing it would require any of the above.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ZinHype's total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
