Mandatory training modules sat at 40% completion. Content was dense, text-heavy, and tested by memory rather than judgment.
What we did
We rewrote six modules around clinical scenarios with branching decisions, added custom Storyline interactions and spaced knowledge checks, and shipped SCORM packages tested against their exact LMS version.
