The challenge
Northwind's decade-old site ranked, but it didn't convert. Sales blamed 'website leads' quality; marketing had no way to publish without a developer.
What we did
We rebuilt on Next.js with a headless CMS, redesigned the demo funnel around one decision per page, and wired every form to HubSpot with proper lead scoring. Then we ran a 90-day paid + SEO sprint against the new pages.
